My team created an interactive hub that showcased the benefits of working for State Farm and built target audience personas to tell custom stories; engaging prospective agents.
Hub Mock Up:
A complete promotional strategy was developed to drive prospective agents and hires to the interactive hub. Media and messaging strategies were developed based on insights and media consumption indexing. Each pillar of effort (persona) had its own media plan, messaging and content. Tactics included: OTT, Print, Digital, SEO and Social.
